  • What is mobile grooming?
    Mobile grooming is a convenient service where a professional groomer comes directly to your home in a fully equipped mobile grooming van. This eliminates the need for you to transport your pet to a salon and allows your pet to enjoy grooming in the comfort of their environment.
  • How can I book an appointment, and what is the cost?
    Booking an appointment is easy! Simply fill out the quote form with your pet's details and grooming needs. To provide an accurate quote, we must have your pet's breed, weight, zip code, and a current photo of your pet for scheduling.
  • How long does a grooming session take?
    The length of each grooming session depends on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, behavior, and the services requested. On average, it takes 45 minutes to two hours. First-time appointments may take longer as the groomer and pet get used to each other and the grooming process.
  • What happens if my pet is matted?
    If there is severe matting, it may take extra time, which could increase the cost. A shave-down may also be needed for comfort. We’ll check with you before making any changes. For severe matting, we recommend seeing a veterinarian.
  • How much does mobile grooming cost?
    Prices may vary depending on your pet's size, breed, and the services you choose. For details on baths, haircuts, and add-ons, please visit our Services page.
  • Do you offer flea and tick treatments or other specialty services?
    Yes, we offer flea and tick treatments and hypoallergenic shampoos for pets with sensitive skin. We also provide de-shedding treatments, light trims, and some breed-specific haircuts. Check out our Services page for more details on what we offer.
  • What should I do before my pet's grooming appointment?
    Please make sure your pet has been walked, had a treat, and had the chance to use the bathroom before the appointment. If your pet has any special needs or behaviors, let us know in advance.
  • Are you able to groom pets with anxiety and fear?
    Yes, we can! Our groomer is experienced with pets who have anxiety and fear. Just let us know in advance if your pet has any specific concerns, such as physical challenges like difficulty standing or age-related issues, and we’ll adjust our approach to keep them comfortable.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    For the best grooming results, we recommend scheduling every 4-6 weeks. However, if you'd prefer a different schedule based on your pup's needs and your preferences, we can adjust to keep them comfortable and smelling fresh.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies: 48-Hour Notice: To avoid any fees, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $75 fee. Same-Day Cancellation: If the bather/groomer arrives at your location and the appointment is canceled, a $75 fee will be charged. Exceptions: In cases of inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, accommodations will be considered. ​ *The groomer/bather can cancel or reschedule a session at any time before or during the appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate both parties.*
  • Can I stay with my pet during the grooming appointment?
    To create a calm and stress-free environment for your pet, we kindly recommend allowing the groomer to work with your pet alone during the session. This helps them stay focused and relaxed without distractions.
  • Are the products you use safe for my pet?
    Absolutely! We use only professional- grade, pet-safe shampoos, conditioners, and grooming products that are gentle on your pet's skin and coat. If your pet has any sensitivities or allergies, let us know, and we can accommodate with hypoallergenic products.
